Q: Is there any minimum order?
A: Of cos not! Even if you are buying a plant, we will deliver it to you! However, it comes with a small fee of S$25 if your order is below S$150. Alternatively, you can opt for a self-collection at our nursery by checking on the self-collection option at check out.
Q: How much does it cost for the shipping fee?
A: We are happy to share that for orders above S$150, Kipos will provide complimentary delivery to your specified address. As for orders below S$150, there will be additional $25 for shipping. Alternatively, you can opt for a self-collection at our nursery by checking on the self-collection option at check out.
Q: Do you do international shipping?
A: Unfortunately, we don’t. Plants are really fragile and we only hope to deliver quality products to you. However, if we find a way to optimise the international logistics, we will most definitely bring it to you.
Q: What is your delivery policy?
We understand how important it is to get your shopping to you! We make your order our priority and would like to get it to your hands in the shortest time possible. As such, please indicate your preferred shipping address and contact details clearly and completely at the check-out page to facilitate your order’s delivery attempt.
- An option is provided at check-out page for you to select if you prefer the delivery to take place during:
Timeslot: Tuesdays to Thursdays (6pm to 10pm) or Weekends (10am to 1pm)
- Please note that deliveries are slated for the selected time frame you have picked upon check-out. Due to traffic routing and conditions, our courier is unable to commit to specific timings or time frames other than those stated on the website.
Q: Is there a self-collection option available?
A: For self-collection in our nursery, please proceed to self-collection in the cart page. Please note that self-collection for plant orders is only from 5pm to 6pm every day from Tuesdays to Friday. Self-collection location: 50 Punggol East, Social Innovation Park, Singapore 828826
Q: Would I be able to choose a particular shape of my plant?
A: Unfortunately, not! But rest assured, all plants have gone through stringent quality check by our gardeners and we will try our best to choose the plants as close to the product photo (on the website) as possible. As each plant is naturally grown differently, we can’t guarantee a 100% identical one.
Q: Do you have a shop I can visit?
A: Yes, you can visit our nursery at 50 Punggol East, Social Innovation Park, Singapore 828826. Please make an appointment with us before heading down to ensure that our gardeners will be available to help you out.
Q: Will there be any plant replacement if my plants are dying?
A: Unfortunately, no. We are not responsible for plants maintenance after delivery. But rest assured plants are fully hydrated and well taken care of by our gardeners before delivery.
Q: Is there any warranty?
A: Unfortunately, there is no warranty for all the products that we carry since the bulk of them are living products.
